The ZOID Hel Digunner model was created based on the plastic model kit, and changed to be less plastic and more realistic (gun barrels, laser barrels, etc.)

This Hel Digunner is dear to my heart. I remember getting this toy when I was a child. Zoids are truly awesome, and I feel underappreciated. I built this using the same method I used to build a model kit. I modeled each piece individually and assembled them alongside the plastic model kit.
